Collaborative Team and Working Environment
We support a working environment in which all parties are valued, diverse opinions are encouraged and we continuously work on building trust and supporting each other.
Core Value 1 Working Principles:

We will regularly communicate by email and one-hour monthly web meetings.

We will hold workshops to improve communication and encourage progress on project objectives.

We will include openings and closings every day at each workshop meeting.

We will make sure that everyone participates and is heard.

We will protect time for breaks and meals at our workshops.

We will encourage project PIs to serve on committees of other PIs’ students and will actively seek to identify mechanisms to match student interests with PI expertise.
